So why wait Apply now and take your sales career to the next level with our global client!Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day client liaison at a retail level- Foster strong relationships with retailers- Provide coaching to Sales Representatives- Train Retailer Staff- Conduct pre-scheduled training sessions weekly- Provide Sales Assists at locations weekly- Gather market analysis and report market trends of how the product is perceived in the market- Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all client/retailer groups are able to demonstrate product knowledge and have necessary product knowledge and training- Ensure stock levels of merchandise meet product demand and report back- Support Marketing initiatives by maintaining direct contact with sales points in the market- Resolve issues that affect brand integrity and brand presence- Provide feedback to Regional Field Manager and client- Support Go to Market planning and promotional activities in the field- Set up promotional materials and support dealers via incentive events and programs- Provide strategic input to help leverage the client brand.- Merchandising execution- Training facilitation at trade show events as neededRequirements:- Fluent in English both written and verbal- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.- Recent college/university graduate with a related field of studies is an asset- Sales experience in home appliances is an asset- Demonstrated experience in working within the Home Appliance sector- Experience as Field Sales Representative- Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related discipline- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal- Prior success in training and motivating a sales team in meeting or exceed performance objectives- Available to travel within the market.
