We are looking to hire a handyman/woman to assist with on-site repairs for properties located in the Simcoe County area. The majority of properties are located in Barrie with some others in the Orillia, Innisfil areas.The successful candidate must have prior experience doing renovations and property repairs. You must have access to your own tools. You will also need to have a vehicle and a drivers license.This will be a full time position, Monday to Friday.Duties would include, but not limited to:- painting- flooring (floating floors)- Carpentry- demo- plaster & minor drywall patching- Small make ready renovations- Minor plumbing (install faucet, toilet)About Fuse Property Management Inc.
