  • Manage the development and execution of the annual marketing calendar.
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day execution of all marketing initiatives and activities from conception to launch.
  • Collaborate with the CMO, leadership team, and other departments to identify key opportunities.
  • Ensure brand alignment and consistency in all marketing initiatives and content.
  • Conceive, produce and manage content across all channels, including print media, website, social media, and PR.
  • Conduct market analysis of customer data, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
  • Manage and oversee Marketing Team. Build a top-notch team and ensure alignment with vision and mission.
  • Ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget according to the project plan and scope.
  • Proactively identify and communicate opportunities to fill sales funnel with leads through various marketing tactics.
  • Conceive, produce and implement new billboards across Simcoe County annually/semi-annually.
  • Produce and direct video and photo testimonials for use in print, online and across social media channels.
  • Manage and establish relationships with suppliers, including merchandise vendors, printers, billboard vendors, and direct mail vendors.
  • Planning and executing annual marketing budgets for all Faris Team group of companies.
  • Monitor, analyze and report Marketing KPIs and present key learnings and strategies to CMO.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing a marketing team
  • Proficient with Google Analytics
  • Familiar with Monday.com is considered an asset (but not required)
  • Real Estate experience is considered a strong asset, but willing to train the right candidate
  • Experience with Contentful considered an asset.
