Job Description

Absolute Home Services is a one-stop-shop for home owners to getting anything done on their home. Our focus is delivering exceptional work and service to our clients through our 3 divisions: our painting division, our handyman division and our landscaping division.We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Barrie-Muskoka-Collingwood painting division. This person must be someone that aligns with high customer focus, wants to be in a leadership role, and part of a rapidly growing company.Job Purpose

  • The Project Manager is responsible for quoting and selling various paint projects and management of those projects to completion. The project manager is responsible for the customer experience, leadership in the division, and margin on projects.
Duties and responsibilitiesThe duties and responsibilities include:
  • Meeting clients to review needs and scope of projects
  • Providing accurate estimates for the work
  • Creating work orders for employees and subcontractors
  • Managing employees and subcontractors
  • Ensuring the work is completed on budget
  • Ensuring professional quality work and service and ultimately customer satisfaction
  • Measuring and creating margin on each job.
QualificationsWe are looking for someone who has some background in painting and/or home services with some previous leadership and management experience. The manager must be customer oriented, a strong leader and have some knowledge in painting and/or home services.Qualifications include:
  • University degree or College Diploma
  • 3+ years of painting or home services experience
  • Driver’s license
  • previous leadership/management experience
Hours/CompensationCompensation is a combination of salary and bonuses based on performance. Starting salary is based on experience and ranges from $50,000 to $70,000.Hours are variable in home services and this position requires someone with the ability to work up to 60 hours per week with some evening and weekend work required depending on the season.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
