Centralized Scheduling Clerk is responsible for accurate data entry in time cards and schedules ensuring appropriate pay codes are utilized at all times. Completing schedule adjustments, maintenance of routine schedules, entering master rotations and posting prime time and regular schedules are per the rotational planner in the correct scheduling software. To receive, record, replace and report all short notice notifications of staffing needs for the entire organization.
