Position: Supply Chain ManagerLocation: Barrie, ON Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year (depending on experience)Industry: Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Logistics / IndustrialEmployment Term: Fulltime / Permanent Rolesamp; Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a factory Supply Management team responsible for overseeing daily supply operations to meet the needs of the business.
• Responsible for creating and executing strategic plans aligned with business objectives for the procurement of equipment, components, and all goods and services required by the manufacturing facility.
• Develop a multi-year cost reduction plan with achievable savings targets, ensuring that reported savings are verifiable and deliver a substantial (ROI) for both direct and indirect material purchases.
• Keeps factory leadership updated on all major issues, progress, and challenges related to the administrator #39;s area of responsibility.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualificationsamp; Experience:

• Bachelor #39;s degree in Supply Chain Management, business, operations, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing a Supply Management team.
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Management preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP tools and processes
• Proven ability to utilize software and analytics to process, analyze, and interpret data.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS. Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
