More information can be found here.Working together with youth, families and communities to achieve positive outcomes and change lives!The Integrated Practice Team is a specialized program within Child and Youth Mental Health (CYMH) that works specifically with children, youth and families that are involved with MCFD’s teams such as intake, family service, guardianship, and adoptions teams.
