Job Description

We are looking for an individual who is excited to help our company grow. Someone who can take charge and is not afraid to jump right in. Be bold, courageous, and ready to be successful in their career!Compensation:$35,000 - $60,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

  • Managing the entire team to ensure everything is getting done in a timely manner to produce a quick turnaround for our customers
  • Ensuring each person/department is exceeding the expectations of the customers needs
  • Being able to deal with an upset customer (if happens) and make them happy before they leave
  • Ensuring quality in all departments including sales teams outbound calls, product presentation, customers feedback
  • Being able to deal with all kinds of personalities (employees & customers)
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Previous management experience of at least 3 years
  • Technical skills and soft skills (communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills)
  • Organized and task-driven
  • Being able to get along with everyone and ensuring All Outs Culture remains intact
