We are seeking a candidate who has excellent communication and positive interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail. As administrative support, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of office equipment such as photocopiers and facsimiles; entering and retrieving data using various software programs; maintaining files and records and retrieving and searching files for information; receiving, sorting and distributing mail; and providing reception services and general program information.Responsibilities include processing legal documents within Queen’s Bench database and/or other databases, preparing affidavits of service, reconciling month-end financial reports, drafting/typing letters and court related documents such as civil, criminal, adoption, estate and divorce actions and compiling jury lists.You will independently perform complex clerical and receptionist duties including some financial and statistical matters for the Sheriff/Local Registrar.Our candidate of choice will be a flexible and positive individual who enjoys a fast-paced challenging environment with diverse job expectations.
