Job Description

Tint & Paint Protection InstallerAll Out Graphics is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated, hands-on Paint Protection and Window Tint Installer. Our film team member will be responsible for installing paint protection, window tint, and decals of all the printed vinyl graphics in our shop in a timely manner. You will be responsible for ensuring your project is done on time with perfection, filling out the correct paperwork, and ensuring the customers are satisfied with the job.You have the ability to work weekends if you choose and if you want to work more and make more money. You are paid by the job, what this means is that for every vehicle you do you get paid a certain amount. If you get faster at what you do, you make more money. Our job is to make sure your schedule is completely full to our standards. If you want to work more, we will make sure we have as much work as you want to do. This on the other hand does not mean you get to only do one vehicle a day, we do have expectations for our customers and the jobs need to be done on time. If they are not, you will need to figure out what to do to get it done for the customer.You would start on a $13.50/hour basis until you get through your training, once you have completed your training you will then be moved to a per-job basis.   • Work with your crew through all stages of the project to make sure that the job is done efficiently
  • Load, unload and prepare any tools or materials on site that will be used to complete the build, so the crew can operate efficiently
  • Clean and prepping vehicles and other surfaces for graphics
  • Willing to learn
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Installing and removing vinyl graphics on different surfaces
  • Disassembling parts of vehicles (and re-assemble)
  • Ability to travel to offsite locations
  • Job wage is based on Per job basis
Qualifications:
  • Must be willing to work overtime and on weekends
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Some hand tool knowledge is preferred.
  • Important to be able to work independently and with a team, take direction, and follow-through
  • Must have excellent hand-eye coordination, good balance, and have the physical strength to be able to do the work
  • Drivers license or means of transportation to get to work On-Time
