Job Description

Eagles Nest Youth Ranch provides 24 hour quality care, counseling and therapeutic social and educational programs to vulnerable youth. We work collaboratively with youth, families, and community groups to facilitate individual growth and social change that will improve the lives of youth and families in our communities. Youth are provided with a home environment where caring adults provide routines and limits, nurturing and understanding, teach values and skills required for successful living.Our Agency is growing within The Battlefords and we are seeking Casual, Part-time and Full-time Youth Care Workers for our programs to provide care, nurturing, therapeutic interventions & programming to youth.

  • Positions require shift work
  • Requirements include post secondary education ( must have Grade 12 ) Counseling or other related disciplines or 1-2 years previous work experience in human services.
  • Applicants must also possess their own transportation.
