We provide professional consulting services in land acquisition, environmental assessments,geospatial mapping, data management, web-based GIS, community relations, land feasibility studies, and permitting services. Canacre’s clients include developers, large scale utilities , and government entities that are involved in the planning and development of energy projects, rights of way, resources, and infrastructure across Canada and the United States. TheThe Project Manager will be managing complex land acquisition projects where the scope of work includes negotiations for property acquisition, removal of encumbrances on title, and acquisition of easements for utility projects including transmission lines, oil and gas, and renewable energy developments.The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring deliverables are provided in conformance to Canacre’s quality standards. The Project Manager will work with Canacre’s Clients to support appropriate scoping and will be responsible for providing program oversight while managing, supervising and coordinating the activities of project teams and/or agents through all stages of the project.The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management best practices (PMI or similar), with knowledge and experience in professional services consulting, and land acquisition for utility infrastructure projects.
