Job Description

We are MaRayTech Consulting Ltd., an IT services provider with a focus on the financial sector that primarily serves insurance companies, banks, and FinTechs. On a temporary to permanent basis, we are currently seeking a Data Administrator for our expanding team. Researching and gathering data for reports and applications, creating reports, and managing the company #39;s administrative systems and data input needs will be the primary goals of the position. The chosen applicant will receive comprehensive training for the position and, following a successful training period, will have the chance to increase their pay rate. This position might be ideal for a recent graduate wishing to launch their career because full training will be given. Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:• To conduct online research through the use of websites, online platforms, and direct applications.• Read maps and decipher technical data; comprehensive instruction and training will be provided.• To create data reports that must be approved by line management.• To finish applications for approval by line management.• To submit applications after receiving the proper approval from line management.• To oversee the receipt of customer orders and occasionally take phone calls.• To enter data into administration systems, customer data systems, and One Drive.• To adhere to the organization #39;s policies and procedures for personal, business, and quality management systems.• Perform extra appropriate ad hoc tasks as directed by line management.Skills / Requirements• You should be a dynamic recent graduate or have prior administrative experience.• It is crucial to enter data accurately.• Ability to work independently using your own initiative however full guidance training and mentoring will be provided.• In a fast-paced setting, the ability to adapt to changing workloads and be enthusiastic are crucial.• Able to use Word, Office, and Excel; IT literate.• While not required, Adobe experience is preferred.• Good communicator, customer-focused, meticulous, able to prioritize workload, and conscientious.Benefits• Competitive Salary• 25 days holiday PLUS bank Holidays• Option to buy additional holiday days per annum• Continuous Development and Internal development opportunities• Training and Development Courses• Employee Well-being Service and Assistance Program.• Immediate starts available• Plus much more...Please be aware that no language in this advertisement is meant to discriminate against anyone based on their gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, race, religion, color, or disability.
