In this Deli Supervisor role you will provide leadership in the daily operation of the deli/cheese/lunchline and kitchen departments assisting deli manager in planning, organizing, directing controlling activities and operations. You will assist with selection, training and coaching of a strong team. Ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization is maintained at all times.Ensure consistent WOW customer service from all staff and handle customer complaints in a prompt and courteous manner. Assist in controlling inventory levels. Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and standards. Ensure all deli/cheese/lunchline and kitchen displays are built and maintained for maximum sales and profits, minimum waste, are neat and colourful, include tie-in merchandise when applicable, and are property signed.Qualifications:
