We are MaRayTech Consulting Ltd., an IT services provider with a focus on the financial sector that primarily serves insurance companies, banks, and FinTechs.An Executive Assistant is required to support a business founder and entrepreneur across his business ventures and primarily in relation to a scale up he is currently working on. This role is integral to ensuring seamless coordination across a high volume of complex searches. Additionally, the role will support the coordination of key communities and initiatives, contributing to the success of office-wide projects.Key Responsibilities:- Diaryamp; Inbox Management - Efficiently coordinate meetings, prioritise tasks, and manage high volumes of emails to ensure the CEO #39;s time is maximised.- Presentationamp; Reporting - Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.- Stakeholder Engagement - Act as the key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.- Project Support - Assist in key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and the CEO is fully briefed on all key matters.- Confidential Support - Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.The Ideal Candidate:- Previous experience within executive search.- Highly organised and able to meet tight deadlines.- Excellent team player with a positive outlook.- Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.- Proactive, flexible and able to keep calm whilst under pressure.- Excellent communication skills working in a client focussed environment and building up strong relationships.
