Experienced or Apprentice Carpenter: Are you looking to join a growing team in the residential renovation industry All-Craft is looking for an experienced or apprentice carpenter to join our growing team. All-Craft is well known and expanding company within the Residential Renovation industry in HRM. We focus on customer service and quality, which we believe all starts and finishes with our team members.We are looking for someone a self-motivated, forward thinking, proactive problem solver, who is an action-oriented team player. They must be committed to client service, controlled under fast-paced deadlines and have a positive, flexible ‘do whatever it takes’ attitude.Areas of carpentry with experience that would be an asset but not required:· Tile work· Trim· Framing· Flooring· Drywall· Custom Trim· Decks – Wood products and compositeSkill Requirements· General construction knowledge with good multi trade skills; knowledge and abilities in all areas of residential construction; new home, interior and exterior renovation is essential· High-quality carpentry skills· Ability and knowledge to quality control sub-trades· Must have understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts· Organisational, time and workload management skills, including the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines· Effective communication, customer service and interpersonal skills· Great attention to detail with proven ability to prepare information regarding design, specifications, materials, projects and equipment which are clear and coherent· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team· A flexible and adaptive approach in the workplace· Desire to grow professionally with a growing company· Valid driver’s licenseWe are a family run business and think of our team as an extended family.
