Job Description

Citadel Fence is a fast-moving, growing fence contractor focused on becoming the premier fence installation company in Atlantic Canada. We are looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to our team in Bedford, Nova Scotia.Citadel Fence provides their clients with privacy and protection through the installation of chain-link, ornamental, wood, and vinyl fences. Understanding that clients may have unique needs, Citadel collaborates with customers, industry partners and experienced professionals to provide the right product in every situation. Citadel has a culture that challenges its employees to improve, learn new skills and solve issues.The successful candidate will be customer focused, highly organized, professional and take great pride in their work.Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales Managers with quote preparation
  • Provide inside sales support to sales managers and General Manager as needed.
  • Assist General Manager with commercial project coordination.
  • Assist with business development and lead generation.
  • Assist with incoming phone calls and emails from inbound leads.
  • Assist Operations by providing support with scheduling and communication with customers.
  • Complete locate requests for awarded jobs
  • Work with Operations Manager to ensure all job packages are complete before they are handed off to the installation crew.
  • Ensure CRM system is up to date and accurate.
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
  • Help in company planning (we want your opinions)
  • Help develop a great brand!
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales
  • Have completed post-secondary education with a concentration in sales and marketing
  • Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be highly organized, driven and have superior math skills
