Job Description

Job DescriptionThe primary focus of this position is to manage and control our inventory; this includes tracking the incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as internal transactions. Aside from entering into our ERP system, the product information is also posted to our online sites – eBay, Amazon, B2B sites, social media, etc. With your grasp of current inventory, you will also be called on by our sales and marketing team to assist with quotes and marketing materials i.e by supply pictures and product information. Outgoing orders will have to be pulled from inventory, packed, and a shipping document created (we use UPS and DHL). For taking posting pictures, we have a complete setup - wireless DSLR, light tent, flash, and editing software.Skills Required

  • Experience with Inventory management in an accounting or ERP environment
  • Have posted to ecommerce sites e.g. ebay and Amazon
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
  • Good communication and written skills
  • Strong typing skills
  • Experience with MS Excel and Word
  • Energetic, positive attitude, can work independently, and learn new skill sets quickly.
Additional
  • A graphics background (with photography and graphic editing)
  • Other languages – verbal and written.
  • HTML editing.
  • Must be physically fit - able to lift 25 kg/50 lbs and perform physical labour for extended periods during the day.
Duties
  • Post incoming product on ecommerce and B2B sites and enter into our ERP system.
  • Take pictures of equipment to post online
  • Obtain quotes and assist in shipping products
  • Support marketing with inquiries to product levels and availability.
  • Create shipping weigh bills and supporting documents
  • Enter/adjust items and inventory in ERP system
  • Additional assigned duties, as required.
  • Updates to blog and social networking sites.
