Randstad Technologies is looking for someone to work with us on a full-time, permanent basis to report into our office based in Halifax.While this position reports into Halifax, it is a work from home opportunity, if you can work within the Atlantic time zone. ResponsibilitiesWhat will the leader ask of you if you join our team
  • Sourcing and finding great contract IT Professionals
  • Develop, connect and foster relationships with candidates
  • Offer and negotiate contract renewals with candidates
  • Take a creative approach away from the desk to source great talent
  • Match candidates against great career opportunities
  • Attend meetups, conferences, trade shows, career fairs, and industry events virtually
  • Provide advice/recommendations as a “trusted advisor” based on market trends in Halifax
  • Match candidate needs with client needs
  • Work closely with the Account Managers
Qualifications
  • Resilience, drive and passion for success
  • Experience within a recruitment agency industry a nice to have
  • Strong interest in IT Recruitment field
  • Preferable have a strong candidate network
  • Experience in i.e. development, business integration, infrastructure and cloud technologies an advantage
