The right candidate for this role will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, like installing and maintaining computer hardware and software. The job also involves providing software and operating system training. You will troubleshoot issues with computers, servers, printers, phones and other peripherals. As an It Technician, you should know Windows and OS X operating systems, networking technologies, as well as data comms & telecom technologies.
