You have the following skills/qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal & written
  • Minimum 2 years experience in landscape maintenance trade
  • Valid driver’s license and own transportation, and comfortable driving a truck and trailer
  • Gardening and property maintenance experience

You are willing to work outside of your everyday tasks and responsibilities when the team needs you.Who will be on your Team What will you doDay-to-day you will be leading a crew of 2-4 people to complete small/medium size jobs and maintenance on a variety of residential and commercial properties. This work can include edging beds, weeding, mulching, trimming, cultivating beds, planting, cleanups and other maintenance related tasks. Other projects including new installations, planting, annuals, etc. We offer snow removal work through the winter months where applicable.You will be required to deal with customers, clock your team in/out daily, respond to emails and inquires, manage safety, production and schedule, consult with installation projects, as well as regular upkeep on gear. You will report directly to the Maintenance Project Manager.What do we Offer
  • Hourly or Salary Compensation - $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (experience based)
