This commitment has established Clearwater as a global leader in sustainable seafood excellence.Clearwaters Bedford, NS, office requires a Logistics Coordinator for a fulltime permanent position. The anticipated start date for the position is as soon as possible.Purpose of PositionThe purpose of this position is to work with and support Clearwaters Logistics team.Reporting Structure

• This position will report to the Transportation Manager.

Major Responsibilities:

• Generate documentation and coordinate time for orders.
• Assist with arrangement of routings, bookings, rates, special documentation, consolidations, point of clearance, local cartage, tracing, tracking shipments, and advising customers of any changes.
• Assist with ensuring shipments are not released without credit approval.
• Assist with processing and filing of transportation related invoices.
• Assist with ongoing projects.
• Assist with entering information in SAP.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The successful candidate has the following qualifications:

• Working towards a post-secondary degree in business and/or supply chain management.
• Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of supply chain management concepts, strategies would be considered an asset.
• Experience in SAP environment an asset.

Working Conditions:

• Location: Bedford, NS
• Working Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm
• Environment: Hybrid, 2-3 days week in office, remaining days remote.
• Vaccination Status: Covid-19 vaccination required as per company policy.
• Schedule: M-F
