Outdoor Property Maintenance Worker DescriptionAs a Property and Maintenance Worker, you will assist the maintenance team with the safe and efficient maintenance operations and repair of all facility infrastructures, property maintenance and repair of all equipment. You will complete day to day activities and participate in a variety of project work ensuring. This position also works to ensures all employees and customers are provided with a clean and safe working environment through a proactive, preventative approach to maintaining company assets.Responsibilities· Assist with landscape constructions, Weed, prune and trim trees and plants, Cut grass, Rake/ collect refuse, Remove litter and garbage, Cart and spread topsoil and other materials, Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees, Water lawns/gardens, Repair and maintain equipment, installation of flat markers which requires some heavy lifting.
