Job Description

We are a trusted partner for large corporate clients across Canada, including Grocery Stores, Gas Retail Chains and University Bookstores.We have an opening for an operations member to join our team at our Bedford office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to our retail partners and business-to-business clients, processing orders, and troubleshooting issues.Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries and issues from retail partners and business-to-business clients via phone or email.
  • Log case information into the CRM.
  • Train new retail partners over the phone.
  • Enter product orders into the order system
  • Process hardware returns and replacements
  • Scan and perform digital record keeping
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of customer service or customer-facing experience.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work with people from various ethnic backgrounds with varying degrees of proficiency in the English language
  • Previous experience with case creation and escalation procedures
  • Friendly personality and a positive attitude
Assets:
  • Understanding of network-device connectivity and troubleshooting
  • Bilingual in French/English, Arabic/English, Hindi/English, Cantonese/English, or Korean/English
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software
