Coras Breakfast & Lunch Bedford is looking to add a part-time dishwasher to our team!Profile of the candidateTo be a dishwasher at Cora, the candidate has the following traits:· Dynamic and jovial· Professional and responsible· Good team spirit· Have initiative and be resourceful· Sense of organization and observation· PunctualJob DescriptionThe person hired in the position of dishwasher must be capable of performing the following tasks:· Wash the dirty dishes, the pots, and pans· Bring the dirty dishes from the dining area to the kitchen and return the service areas with clean dishes· Clean and sanitize kitchen area, including equipment, work surfaces, walls, floors, shelves, storage areas, etc.· As requested by the Kitchen Manager, help with food preparation· Empty the garbage cans at the end of every day· They must soak the utensils, remove the trolleys and the bins from the dining & kitchen area and return them empty and clean to those areas· With good judgement the dishwasher must only run the dishwasher once it is full to keep the cost of chemical products down· They must change the cleaning water when necessary to obtain clean dishes· The dishwasher must especially check to make sure that the kitchen and service staff have sufficient plates, cups, glasses, utensils and pans necessary· The dishwasher cleans the exterior of the restaurant; the parking lot, the guest entrance, the shipping/receiving of merchandise area and the garbage storage area.
