Coras Breakfast & Lunch Bedford is looking to add a host to our team!Profile of the candidateTo be a host in the chain of Cora restaurants, an employee must have the following traits:· Dynamic and jovial· Somewhat extraverted· Professional and responsible· Good team spirit· Has initiative and be resourceful· Be organized and observant· Communicates with ease and is comfortable with people· MotivationJob DescriptionThe person hired in the position of host must be capable of performing the following tasks:· Greeting of the guest· Follow the standards and the Cora steps of greeting· Verify the seating section· Verify the set-up of the cash (rolls of change, bills, rolls of paper, pens, etc)· Inquire about the cocktail of the day· Inquire about any promotions· Verify the reservations for the day and prepare the tables· Pass on all comments or suggestions from the guests to the service manager or operator· Have general menu knowledge· Advise the guest of available choices· Always verify the cleanliness of the restaurant· Be attentive and available to the needs of the guests· Responsible for complete satisfaction of the guests, from the moment they arrive to their departure· Observe and react to all situations involving dissatisfaction of a guest· Receive money and process payment· At the request of the manager, close the cash at the end of day· At the request of servers, refill coffees and glasses of water· Responsible for take-out ordersThank you for your interest in this position, only those chosen for an interview will be contacted.Job Type: Part-timeSalary: From $13.60 per hourSchedule:
