Job Description

FYidoctors is seeking a Practice Coach on a Full-Time, permanent basis at our practice in Bedford, Nova Scotia.The Practice Coach will be responsible for coaching staff on processes, programs, and product, as well as for education. The Practice Coach will also become fully cross-trained so that they can assist staff with patient service and sales.This team member will work a schedule of 40 hours per week, Mondays through Saturdays.How You’ll Benefit

Responsibilities
  • Fostering collaboration and teamwork among practice staff
  • Building trust and commitment with your work group
  • Training, development and coaching of staff to FYidoctors processes, programs, and products
  • Delivering legendary customer service along with perfect quality eyewear
  • Setting and obtain clinic revenue goals
  • Hiring, onboarding and training of new staff
  • Scheduling of staff/doctors
  • AR/AP
  • Benefits submissions and tracking
  • Banking deposits and reconciliations
  • Inventory management
  • All leadership aspects of daily clinic operations
The Successful Candidate
  • Experience in a customer service focused retail environment
  • Experience in a coaching or leadership role
  • Experience in an optical environment would be considered an asset
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities via critical thought and problem solving
  • A reputation for delivering results through successful people management
  • General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
