Role Summary: This person will report directly to the Manager, Service Delivery, and will be responsible for managing research and development projects of varying scope and scale, to ensure they are completed according to specifications and timelines. In the role of Project Manager, you will be joining a world-class Service Delivery team that is delivering innovative solutions to tough problems.Responsibilities include:
  • Managing multiple concurrent R&D projects (scope, budget, schedule, and resources) from project imitation to project closeout
  • Preparing and submitting client proposal documents, working with R&D scientists and engineers to develop Statement of Work (SOW) documentation, budget, and schedule
  • Interacting with technical management and personnel to coordinate R&D activities to initiate projects and maintain progress
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders on project progress and other reporting as required
  • Coordinating with customers for receipt of customer-supplied materials and shipment of finished products to support other projects
  • Supporting internal stakeholders to develop new or improved systems and processes
  • Supporting the Manager, Service Delivery as required, including project management procedure and guiding development
You are:
  • A graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a scientific degree
  • A professional with 3+ years of relevant technical and project experience
  • Familiar with project management lifecycle and best practices
  • A highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative
  • Well organized and invested in the details
  • Able to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization
