Job Description

Citadel Fence is a fast-moving, growing fence contractor focused on becoming the premier fence installation company in Atlantic Canada. We are looking to add a Sales Manager to our team in Bedford, Nova Scotia.Citadel Fence provides their clients with privacy and protection through the installation of chain-link, ornamental, wood and vinyl fences. Understanding that clients may have unique needs, Citadel collaborates with customers, industry partners and experienced professionals to provide the right product in every situation. Citadel has a culture that challenges its employees to improve, learn new skills and solve issues.The successful candidate will complete site consultations with commercial and residential customers throughout NS, NB and PEI to find a fence that meet their needs. The Sales Manager will receive and follow up on all leads, explaining our services, preparing estimates, negotiating sales, and creating contracts. They must be customer focused, highly organized, professional and take great pride in their work.Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming phone calls, social media inquiries and emails from inbound leads
  • Distribute project pictures and testimonials to potential customers
  • Create work orders, estimates and contracts
  • Negotiate fence installation prices
  • Meet with existing and potential clients to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Develop a constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
  • Travel throughout NS, NB and PEI
  • Make fence suggestions based on customers’ needs
  • Promote our brand and business initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales;
  • Have completed post-secondary education in sales and marketing;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in estimating or project management in construction;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Must be highly organized, driven and have superior math skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
