Salon Spa ReceptionistVibe Salon | Medi-Spa (Bedford, NS)Full TimeVibe Salon Medi-Spa is currently seeking a salon spa receptionist to join their team. We offer a chic, upscale environment with a strong team atmosphere.The salon spa receptionist role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting the management team with sales, productivity, inventory and other operational procedures.Qualifications:

  • Flexible hours – weekdays, evenings, weekends.
  • Warm and friendly personality.
  • Strong interest in beauty and fashion.
  • Salon or sales experience an asset, but not required.
  • Strong sense of detail and organization.
  • Effective problem solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Greeting clients.
  • Assisting clients in the retail area.
  • Answering phones and email.
  • Booking salon spa appointments.
  • Promoting in salon services and products.
  • Resolving any client concerns.
  • General cleaning.
