Equal opportunity employ.Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Cleaning Supervisor to manage our evening deep cleaning operations. This role focuses on the thorough cleaning of kitchen areas, including hoods, grease removal, and overall sanitation. The ideal candidate will ensure that our cleaning standards are met consistently and effectively.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate evening cleaning teams focusing on deep cleaning tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in kitchen cleaning practices.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules for all kitchen areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Train staff on proper deep cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning equipment.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment necessary for deep cleaning.
• Address and resolve any issues related to cleaning operations promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in kitchen cleaning or a related field.
• Knowledge of deep cleaning methods, products, and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• A Valid driver’s license is required.
• Previous experience in kitchen cleaning or sanitation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual
• Legally able to obtain employment in Canada without sponsorship.
• Capable of identifying potential safety or maintenance issues and communicating them to your supervisor.
• Committed to complying with all safety policies and procedures related to task performance, product use, and incident reporting.

Language Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Understand and follow directions in English.
