Join us in our mission to simplify access to great value office furniture!About the OpportunityAs the Project Manager at Verve, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial office furniture projects from sales handover through to delivery and installation. You’ll ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest client satisfaction standards. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and manage all project-related communications while overseeing logistics, purchasing, and coordination across internal teams, including warehouse, delivery, and installation teams.About the Deliverables

  • Project Management: Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from sales handover to delivery and installation.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on project timelines and addressing concerns proactively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and project success.
  • Team Coordination: Lead the coordination between internal teams ensuring that all elements, including purchasing, delivery, and installation, align with project goals.
  • Budgetamp; Schedule: Track project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery and stay within financial parameters.
  • Change Management: Evaluate change requests, ensuring any impacts on scope, budget, or schedule are thoroughly assessed and approvals are obtained.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the project timeline or quality and implement mitigation strategies.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in project management in furniture, design or construction.
  • Based in GTA.Travel across sites required.
  • Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, preferably logistics, procurement, and external vendors.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Project Management Software and CRMs
