Location: Birmingham OfficeFunction: MarketingDate posted: 30-07-21Closing date: 30-08-2021The Marketing department are looking for an experienced and knowledgeableDigital and CRM Marketer to join their team based at the Management Offices,in Star City, Birmingham. This is a full-time position meaning a 40 hour workingweek in line with business needs.Key competencies and duties include:

• Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to deliver central CRM

campaigns aimed at retail customers.

• Build relationships with creative agency and print suppliers to deliver excellent CRM

campaigns that follow best practice.

• Work closely with the customer insight analyst and business intelligence team to ensure campaigns are analysed pre and post-delivery.
• Work with Regional Marketing Managers to deliver local casino CRM campaigns.
• Assist Senior CRM Manager with creation and maintenance of the central CRM campaign plan.
• Will require occasional preparation of data for CRM campaigns, with the help of the Marketing Analysts.
• Working closely with Senior Digital Marketing Manager to ensure all copywriting is optimised and suitable for the relevant channels, and a consistent tone of voice is evident.
• Ensure that all work is achieved within agreed timelines.
• Be an expert in the knowledge of the workings and dataflow that builds the databases.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Professional experience gained in delivering Multi-Channel Marketing or CRM campaigns
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written/graphic).
• CIM qualifications or relevant degree desirable, but not a requirement
• Numerate with high level of attention to detail
• Strong Excel user, proficient in PowerPoint & Microsoft Word
• Natural self-starter and highly motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload with limited supervision, whilst being an active team player
• Experience working in a fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrate credibility and confidence when challenged
• Highly organised.
