  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • You have 7 to 10 years of IT experience, including 3 years in systems administration in a Windows environment with Active Directory, MS Azure, AzureAD, Office365 (Exchange online, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)
  • Experience and good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and products such as Windows Server, Exchange (2010, 2016, online), SCCM, SCOM, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 7/8/10 and Server 2008, 2011, 2012, 2016,2019
  • Very good knowledge of networking (OSI model)
  • Knowledge of VmWare, Hyper-V virtualization
  • Very strong capacity for learning
  • You’re good at working on a team, you’re autonomous and you have a strong ability to connect with people

  • Knowledge of Clustering
  • Knowledge of backup solutions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune
  • Pedagogical abilities
The daily life
  • Document the installation and technical specifications of the infrastructure including security and succession plans
  • Develop and document the procedures for the infrastructure components under your responsibility
  • Provide and identify the metrics required to produce dashboards that proactively identify environment maintenance needs
  • Ensure the proper functioning and security of the infrastructure at all times
  • Participate in the development of standardized configurations and the development of specific solutions according to customer needs
  • Set up projects to implement infrastructure upgrades for our customers
  • Ensure compliance with policies, standards and procedures relating to infrastructure management
  • Support infrastructure environments to ensure availability, reliability, security and integrity of systems
  • Participate in the morning scrum to define the priorities of the day
