  • plan, organize and control the operational activities and human resources of the postal service;
  • to see to continuous customer service improvement;
  • ensure that the department is clean and maintains an attractive image;
  • maintain an adequate inventory level;
  • supervise the work of the postal counter clerks and see to tasks distribution;
  • see to the training of the personnel under your responsibility;
  • ensure compliance with Canada Post standards.
