This position will be of interest to individuals who have a desire to work in the composite panel industry, have superior computer skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the capacity to lead.Responsibilities & Duties:

• Be part of a team that oversees the facilities Quality Program
• Data collection, trending , graphing, and modeling
• Analysis and communication of quality performance
• Identification and implementation of corrective actions as necessary
• Cost management and leadership in continuous process improvement
• Development of new products as well as Sales and Marketing Support
• Technical support for mill personnel as necessary

Skill& Qualifications Required:

• Preference will be given to a candidate with a degree, diploma or equivalent in, forestry, chemistry, wood sciences or similar
• Knowledge of the wood composite industry would be considered a definite advantage
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Understanding of Statistical Process Control
• Excellent computer, MS Office, and data analysis skills
• Strong Organization and prioritization skills
• Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal, communication, and technical writing skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment to facilitate and resolve issues
• A keen, unwavering focus on safety procedures and protocols
• Valid Class 5driver’sLicense
