As such, we welcome talented individuals that have a variety of perspectives, backgrounds, and industry experience who will contribute to the success of our One Parkland team.Position Title: Compliance CoordinatorTeam and Location: Commercial - Blyth, ONPosition Summary:The Compliance Coordinator acts as a partner to our Service Technician team. This position is responsible for all compliance with B149, ensuring continued safe delivery of fuel to all customers as well as acting in the best interest of Parkland in terms of liability.Key Responsibilities:Book and schedule all gas checks and Comprehensive inspections for the year working within the timelines required to ensure continuity of delivery for customers.Book, sell and schedule all Maintenance work as related to company plans.Follow up on all gas checks and Comprehensive inspections as needed, including applying any tags and holds on customer accounts for non-compliance.Maintain all customer product records for equipment and inspections.Complete all exception reporting and sign offs as they relate to customer compliance.Qualifications and Skills:Good working knowledge of B149.Extreme attention to detail.Effective communication, written and verbal.Ability to deal with irate customers.Ability to multitask in a very busy, high stress environment.Post-secondary degree or relevant work experience required.We Offer:Our Performance-based Annual Incentive Plan, an annual bonus awarding your performance.A share in our success through the Employee Share Purchase Plan and 100% company matching.A flexible group benefit plan that offers health and dental coverage choices to meet the needs of each unique employee.
