WHAT YOULL DO: • Be a friendly and knowledgeable resource for every customer, answer customer questions, and make product recommendations • Connect with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs • Share the responsibility of running the store with the manager • Operate the cash register and use the computer for business tasks and product research • Keep the store clean, tidy, and attractive by following merchandising standards WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR: • Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver a positive experience • Experienced Runner with a love of the sport and of the running community • Part Time Store Assistant manager 20-30hrs/week. • Motivated to achieve great results because of ones enthusiasm for the running, walking, and fitness environment • Love of learning and ability to grasp new concepts and product knowledge quickly • Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision • Able to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written English • Available weekdays and weekends!
