Responsible for all operational analysis, reporting, KPI’s and dashboard for the management or to the Head office in USA. The Analyst will also work in collaboration with the quality team to improve operational processes and results.Job Duties:

• Member of the SAP implementation team.
• Responsible to build reports for operations and finances in addition of having the responsibility of implementing the new structures with the support of the VP finance and Operation.
• Additional software implementation: Salesforce, Service Max, and others.
• The SAP ‘’ Super User’’ will offer direct support to the Finance and Operations department and will have the responsibility of training employees to the newly implanted SAP Software.
• In collaboration with the Quality, the Operation and Customer Service Teams, work towards improving operational processes leading to profitable gain for the organization (or company.)
• Analyses monthly operational results versus budget. Assists and supports operations towards the improvement of global results.
• Benchmark results and KPI’s with various entities, worldwide (or internationally)
• Responsible for the annual budget process.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required
• CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience with business and financial analysis
• Implementation of software experience an asset.
• Bilingual English and French.
• SAP experience desired.
• Advance Microsoft and Excel experience.

Objectif:Sous la supervision du Vice-président finance & opérations, l’analyste participera à l’implantation du projet SAP et sera le ‘’Super User SAP’’ pour le département des finances et des opérations. Responsable des rapports et des analyses opérationnels ainsi que la création et le maintien des indicateurs de performances ‘’KPIs’’ et des tableaux de bord pour la direction et le Groupe aux États-Unis. En collaboration avec l’équipe de qualité, il va travailler à améliorer les processus opérationnels ainsi que les résultats. Il sera également responsable du processus budgétaire annuel.Fonctions:

• Membre de l’Équipe d’implantation du projet SAP. Responsable de la création de rapports financiers et opérationnels ainsi que de la nouvelle structure des comptes de grand livre et analytique avec le support du VP finance et opérations. Participation dans d’autres implantations telles que : Salesforce, Service Max etc.
• Le ‘’Super User SAP’’ sera responsable de la formation du produit SAP nouvellement implanté ainsi que du support au département de finance et des opérations.
• En collaboration avec l’équipe de qualité, l’analyste va participer à l’amélioration des processus opérationnels de l’organisation dans un objectif de standardisation.
• Responsable de l’amélioration des rapports actuels. Responsable de la création de nouveaux rapports de gestion ainsi que des indicateurs de performances et tableau de bord pour la direction en collaboration avec le VP finance & opérations.
• Analyses mensuelles de résultats opérationnels versus le budget et explications des écarts. Support aux opérations dans la croissance et recommandation dans le but d’améliorer les résultats globaux de l’organisation.
• Comparer les résultats et les indicateurs de performance “KPI’s” avec nos différentes sociétés du Groupe à travers le monde
• Responsable du processus budgétaire annuel ainsi que la coordination avec le Groupe aux États-Unis

Exigences:

• CPA, minimum de 5 à 7 années d’experience.
• Expérience en Implementation de logiciel comptable est un atout
• Bilingue français et anglais.
• Connaissance du logiciel SAP serait souhaitable.
• Microsoft et Excel - avancés.
