Job Description

As a maintenance technician, your main responsibilities will be to manage equipment, plan preventive maintenance and perform calibration.Main responsibilitiesComplete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and maintenance schedule;Perform corrective and emergency repairs during daily operations with emphasis on maintaining production;Develops repair and maintenance procedures;Manage and maintain inventory of equipment and spare parts;Participate in the installation of equipment in partnership with the industrialization group;Collaborate with the production staff to identify the priority of intervention;Collaborate on improvement projects;Initiate non-conformance reports and participate in impact assessment;Document work performed on equipment;Maintain equipment records in accordance with quality system requirements;Complete scheduled (internal) calibration tasks and maintenance schedule;Manage the calibration schedule (external) and keep it up to date;All other related tasks.RequirementsDEC in mechanical engineering or DEP in electromechanics or another related field;1-3 years experience in a maintenance technician role;Excellent approach to solving mechanical and electronic problems;Attention to detail, meticulousness, observation skills, critical thinking; autonomous, good organizational skills;Experience in a controlled environment (ex.: ISO 13485 or ISO 9001).AssetsKnowledge in metrology (CMM);Knowledge of ISO 17025;Bilingualism (French and functional English).Starting dateAs soon as possibleWhat we offerSnacks, coffee, and fresh fruits at all times;Devoted and formidable work team;Cutting edge technology work environment;Company culture focused on the active development of each individual;Personal days offs, in addition to vacation;Group insurance;Free parking;Charging stations for electric vehicles;Regular social and sports activities;And even more!
