Own the full-cycle recruitment activities at Canada Goose aimed to assess candidates against the requirements of the opportunity available. The Recruiter will also provide HR administrative support for the Canada Goose teams in various areas.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the recruitment for assigned vacancies in a timely and qualityDevelop and maintain a network of job posting opportunities specific to Canada Goose client groupsScreen and interview candidates to assess job suitability and cultural fitRepresent Canada Goose at job fairs, recruiting events and open housesDevelop and leverage direct sourcing tools to recruit talent for current vacancies and candidate pipelinesConduct onboarding of new employees including the collection of required documents, facilitating introductions in the organization and acting as a resource through the employees time at CGComplete required references and background checksEnsure HRIS data and Leadtec software is up to date and accurate; recommend process improvements for the systemsProvide new operations employees with a comprehensive onboarding program to enable a smooth transition into CGTrack and administer referral bonus program and assist in the composition and distribution of reward statementsMaintain confidentiality and accuracy of appropriate documentation throughout employment history for all employeesSupport/lead and implement various HR projects and initiativesOther duties as requiredExperience, Education and Designations:A post-secondary education in Business or Human Resources2+ years human resources experienceKnowledge, Skills and Attributes:Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or HR Information Systems requiredFamiliarity with resume databases, online sourcing techniques and networkingWorking knowledge of recruiting best practices, including recruiting through social mediaService oriented with a team-based approachWorking knowledge of employment legislation in Canada and Human Rights legislationAbility to work efficiently under pressureExceptional attention to detail and committed to a high degree of accuracyUnderstand and maintain a high level of confidentialityExcellent technical ability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, HRIS)Quick Apply
