Job Description

As a technical production specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the manufacturing processes of our products and supporting the improvement of existing processes.You will also be responsible for investigating and diagnosing problematic robotic modules in order to determine their root causes.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer questions from assemblers and line technicians;
  • Calling on other departments personnel, if needed;
  • Carry out initial investigations of problems encountered on production lines;
  • Propose improvements in assembly methods in order to avoid problems;
  • Carry out diagnostics on robotic modules after a troubleshooting approach;
  • Participate in the implementation of assembly or test jigs;
  • Produce documentation associated with diagnostics and non-conformities.
REQUIREMENTS
  • College diploma (DEC) in electronics, electrical engineering, or another related field;
  • Minimum three years of experience as an electronic technician;
  • Attention to detail, autonomous and proactive;
  • Dexterity: Ability to assemble and precision assembly;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Functional English.
