Job Description

Do you like people Do you like pizza We are searching for just the right person to join our team at Dominos in Bolton & Nobleton! Our locations include:

  • 301 Queen St S, Bolton (on HWY 50 next to Food Basics and Dollarama)
  • 13255 HWY 27, Nobleton (on HWY 27 next to the LCBO and No Frills)
To join our team, two things are vital; First, and most importantly, you must be friendly! Second, you must be willing to work hard, support your fellow team members, and learn quickly.Previous Dominos Pizza, Little Caesars, Pizza Hut, Pizza Pizza, Papa Johns, or other experience making pizzas is beneficial. Restaurant experience is required.Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You set the tone and the example for the store and you have to be on your game 100% of the time!Your job responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):
  • Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers
  • Handle food and product ordering
  • Creating staff schedules
  • Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift
  • Responsible for all store operations.
  • Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (yes, you even have to smile when you answer the phone)!
  • Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers
  • Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures
  • Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store

  • Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a varying number of staff
  • Must have minimum 1-year pizza experience, and must have shift management experience
  • Stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work.
  • A great role model - youre the person everyone will look to.
  • Flexible Schedule; all shifts, managers need full availability
  • Must live in Brampton, Caledon, Nobleton, Vaughan, or Etobicoke
  • Must speak English
  • Must have SIN and be legally permitted to work in Canada
