Job Description

WORLDPAC Canada is seeking a Credit Administrator – Bolton, ONWORLDPAC, a subsidiary of Advance Auto Parts, imports and distributes original equipment and quality replacement automotive parts to select specialty import and domestic service centers.What we have to offer:

Summary of
  • Process requests for new customers credit limits based on recommendation per credit check
  • Assist sales and customer service teams as it related to credit lines, credit terms and the approval process
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to completion with sound business judgment
  • Validate completion of customer credit applications
  • Verify legal name, entity type, corporate structure of customer accounts, investigate contact information, obtain bank/trade references
  • Assist Credit Analyst and Credit Managers with account administration
  • Answer all credit reference inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned
Successful Candidate must:
  • Minimum of two years relevant, applicable and transferable experience
  • Significant attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator, written and verbal
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Exposure to AS400 accounts receivable systems or large ERP
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Customer Service Mentality; ability to build collaborative relationships with customers and internal business partners
