Job Description

Caledon Chrysler, a division within CarHub Automotive Group, is currently searching for a professional customer relation Co-ordinator to join our successful team .Responsibilities:

  • Manage/Maintain incoming internet, chat and phone inquiries
  • Confirm appointments for Sales
  • Accurately document and update records in CRM software
  • Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers
  • Provide feedback to management concerning potential problems or areas in need of improvement.
  • Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust e-mail and advertising campaigns accordingly
  • Contribute to the overall success of the dealership group by working with all customers
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Interested in a career in the automotive industry
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent typing skills and computer literate
  • Great work ethic, integrity and driven to succeed
  • Excellent Excel skills required
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Attentive to detail
