Job Description

Beaver Transportation Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team.Roles and Responsibilities

  • Call and schedule customer orders in a fast-paced environment using CIGO
  • Communicate with customers via phone, and email
  • Providing clients with information affecting delivery, such as delays delivering high levels of customer experience.
  • Manage and maintain shipping manifests, order slips, bills of lading and other required documents
  • Ensure and confirm pickup and delivery appointment for drivers
  • Assisting drivers with routing or delivery issues, communicating changes to service requirements
Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • 1 to 2 years related experience
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Must be comfortable in fast-paced environments and able to multi-task as well.
  • College Diploma or Certificate is preferred.
