Candidate must have a compassion for dogs and show attention to detail. Candidate must be able to think and react quickly on their own, and be able to multitask in a fast pace environment without supervision, candidate must also be able to follow directions from management and work in a team atmosphere.Previous experience is a benefit but you will be trained to supervise the dogs in appropriate play and ensure playing in a safe manner.You will be on your feet for many consecutive hours, you must be able to stand, bend and walk around during your shift while taking care of the dogs in all weather conditions.You must be comfortable with dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperaments.The ability to hold a least 50+ lbs of dog will be required at times.You will be responsible for supervising large groups of friendly but active dogs; directing their play, interrupting problems and making sure all dogs are safe and enjoying the daycare experience.You must be attentive in being able to make observations about dog behaviours and health.You must have great customer service skills and comfortable with computer as job will also involve administrative and sales skills. Knowledge of raw feeding would be a benefit as we sell raw pet food.Daily extensive cleaning of facility is required to provide the healthiest environment possible for the dogs. This will involve some heavy lifting and being able to move quickly, with lots of lifting and bending.Part-time hours: 15-25 per weekJob Types: Part-time, CasualSalary: $15.00 per hourBenefits:
