We have a great group of professionals whose dedication and teamwork form the backbone of our company.SummaryThe Field Service Rep provides hands-on service to our clients in Orangeville, Bolton and Brampton setting up company displays, ensuring adequate inventory levels and resolving day-to-day customer and store issues.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Visit designated stores weekly, merchandising inventory, sorting bins and attending to general housekeeping duties. Stores may change base on business demands.
  • Prepare and process new orders using company issued equipment.
  • Ensures proper product inventory levels.
  • Bring issues and discrepancies to the attention of the designated store manager and Detailer Supervisor.
  • Work as a liaison between big box stores and the corporate headquarters.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Follow the store safety rules, and work in a safe and healthy manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Travel to different store as required.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • 1-2 years in a retail vendor or big box environment or related experience.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office) specifically MS Excel and Outlook.
  • Strategic thinker, good communicator, and exceptional problem solver.
  • Creates a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork
