Job Description

Cambria is looking for a dynamic individual in Bolton, ON who enjoys local travel and working with customers. This includes evaluating and documenting customer needs and performing finish work to our product. This key position is a vital role in providing the ultimate Cambria experience.This position provides a company vehicle. Travel and vehicle expenses covered by Cambria.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform field site visits to evaluate customer concerns
  • Evaluate Cambria quartz products on site both residentially and commercially and perform finish work as appropriate
  • Assess, document, and provide input on site findings with your regional team
  • Engage with the local Distribution Center team to discuss opportunities and market trends
  • Maintain vehicle and all supplies which includes keeping clean and in good working order
  • Perform ad hoc projects as needed
  • Ability to operate basic power tools (hand polisher, angle grinder, gorilla grips, chop saw) while performing finish work on the countertops
  • Ability to read blueprints, tape measures and operate an iPhone
  • High attention to detail with effective problem solving skills
  • Practice and promote all Cambria safety standards
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and making sound business decisions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid Driver’s License required
Minimum Requirements:Education: High School diploma or equivalentExperience: 1-2 years’ previous experience in a field specialist roleSystems: Google Suites, Salesforce experience is a plusAdditional Requirements:Travel Requirements include:
  • This role comes with a company vehicle for business related travel
  • Travel to customer homes and/or various client job sites
  • Travel to Minnesota for training
  • Possible travel to other market locations in or outside of business hours and may include overnights or weekends
Physical Requirements include:
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds daily
  • Drive for long periods of time
  • Must be able to stand, bend and twist while working on site to perform finish work or other duties
