Key components to this role include driving consistent inbound practices across shifts and crews within Bolton DC. This includes providing leadership for all support functions within the inbound processes. This also includes collaboration externally with Vendors to improve compliance to our vendor standards which are necessary to enable flow of merchandise from the receipt of ASN data to inventory available in location for picking.The role will be responsible for partnering with Shift Managers, who own inbound production and the Department manager to ensure all direct labour is making changes necessary to drive continuous improvement in our inbound KPI’s. They will support a vision of “Quality First, “Quality at the Source”, “Pride in Ownership”. Be an exceptional people leader, have passion for driving continuous improvement with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities while consistently meeting deliverables.
